Presently, I am a Partner at Katalyst Advisors where I advise on M&A Transactions (Indian and Cross-Border), Promoter Structures, Family Arrangements, and Succession/ Estate Planning.
I also serve as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited, a listed company, with a market cap of more than INR 18,000 Cr, Batliboi Limited, a 132-year old company headquartered in Mumbai, Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited, part of the Manipal Group and India’s leading debit and credit card manufacturer, Sarda Metals and Alloys Limited, a ferro-alloys producer and a part of the Sarda Group, based out of Vizag, and Quickmill Inc, a Canadian company and a subsidiary of Batliboi Limited. I also serve as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of Humara Bachpan Trust, an NGO based out of Orissa.
Prior to Katalyst Advisors, I was a part of M&A/ Transaction Structuring Team at PwC and KPMG in Mumbai, and a part of M&A/ Transaction Structuring and M&A Litigation Team at G.K. Choksi & Co in Ahmedabad.
