Is the “Clean Slate” Theory narrowed Post-JSW Decision?

My take, as quoted in Business Standard, on narrowing of “Clean Slate” Theory under IBC:

“This signals a narrowing of the “clean slate” theory under section 32A of the IBC. While Section 32A grants immunity to the corporate debtor and new management from prosecution for pre-CIRP offences it does not override or nullify actions under public criminal laws like PMLA.”
