Happy to share that I have joined the Board of Directors of Batliboi Limited as an Independent Director. Batliboi Limited is a Mumbai-based, 132-year old listed company, engaged in the manufacturing and trading of machine tools and textile machinery.
I will also be chairing the Audit Committee of Batliboi, and will be appointed on the Board of Directors of Quickmill Inc, a Canada-based material subsidiary of Batliboi Limited.
This will be in addition to my existing responsibilities as the Executive Director of Katalyst Advisors Private Limited, Independent Director of Sarda Energy and Minerals Limited, and a Trustee of Humara Bachpan Trust.
