Attending Manipal Listing as an Independent Director
Privileged to have been at the NSE last week for the listing ceremony of Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited.
I joined the Board as an Independent Director in June last year, and being part of the pre-IPO journey, from the DRHP through the board and audit committee deliberations and the lead-up to listing, has been a distinct experience. I serve on the boards and chair audit committees of other listed companies, but watching a company cross the threshold from unlisted to listed is a different feeling altogether.
